I am a commercial real estate appraiser and have been providing commercial appraisal and consulting services in southeastern North Carolina for over 25 years. After graduating from East Carolina University in 1998 with a degree in finance, I began my appraisal career in Wilmington with Worsley Real Estate Company which culminated in my becoming a designated member of the Appraisal Institute in 2015.
I launched my own company in 2017. In addition to being a North Carolina Certified General Appraiser, I also am a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor and currently serve on the New Hanover County Board of Equalization and Review. I specialize in a variety of commercial property types including retail, office, industrial, special purpose properties, multi-family and development (A&D) projects.
